Morgan Chase Trust Company, a specialist trust service provider to the settlement planning industry and injury victims announced on October 3, 2005 that Blaine Rieke, who has been a member of the Board of Directors since the Company was founded, has been named Chairman of the Board and CEO. He replaces Frank Maguire, founder and principal owner of the Company who continues on as a Director.

Since Mr. Maguire founded Morgan Chase Trust Company in 1999 it has grown to an organization that serves over 750 clients and manages more than $130 million dollars for those clients. In addition, the Company administers $30 million dollars in U. S. Treasury structures.

Mr. Rieke has been in the trust and investment business for over forty years, including eighteen years as Chairman and CEO of Firstar Trust Company, Wisconsin’s largest trust company, now part of US Bancorp.
