We've had a fully functional remote capability for over 21 years.  All of our services and systems are functional at this time.

  • Helping counsel with necessary documentation to successfully conclude your settlement
  • Performing New York CPLR 50-A and 50B calculations and projections to help parties clearly understand the exposures
Video conferencing
We use tools such as Zoom for virtual client meetings, mediation and webinars which permit real-time, face-to-face interaction. You are able to see and speak to us and to follow you will also follow along and exchange materials.   We plan to continue serving the legal community, supporting one another as we navigate this together.ensuring you have the most valuable settlement expertise and settlement planning advice possible, whenever and wherever you need.

An executor is a court appointed representative of the decedent, or in this case, deceased structured settlement annuitant.
