Overcoming the Settlement Implementation Impasse

John Darer addresses what impacts decisions, commitment and behavior

The implementation impasse
You Can't Avoid Change, But You Can Manage The Change

4structures.com LLC President John Darer addresses the National Structured Settlements Trade Association this week on the subject of overcoming the implementation impasse at settlement. Why is it that some plaintiffs make bad decisions? Why are some plaintiffs unable to make any decision? How do you manage expectations? In his presentation which takes place at the Gaylord Opryland Convention Center, the site of NSSTA’s Annual meeting, John Darer suggests that there needs to be a deeper understanding of what drives decisions, commitments and behavior.

John Darer  is a Certified Financial Transitionist (CeFT) who, at time of posting,  is one of only two such designees in the entire structured settlement and settlement planning industry. John Darer is available to speak to lawyers at your law firm about how to overcome the implementation impasse and how to prepare and empower clients to make more effective and satisfying settlement planning decisions.
